5 Things I Wish New Patients Knew Before Their First Appointment
Coming in for the first time can feel a little nerve-wracking, and that's completely normal. So before you arrive, here's what I really want you to know.
1. There's no such thing as a silly question.
Seriously, none. Ask me everything. I'd rather spend ten minutes answering your questions than have you leave feeling uncertain about anything.
2. You don't have to commit to anything.
A consultation is just a conversation. No pressure, no hard sell, no awkward moment where you feel like you have to say yes. If it's not the right time, that's absolutely fine.
3. Come as you are.
No need to dress up or wear make-up. Actually, less make-up makes my job easier! Just turn up as yourself, because that's the person I'm here to help.
4. Tell me what you don't want, not just what you do.
Some of the most useful things I hear are "I don't want to look different" or "I just want to feel fresher." Knowing your worries helps me tailor everything to you.
5. Results take a little patience.
Most treatments need a couple of weeks to fully settle. I always say, judge the results at two weeks, not two days. Good things are worth the wait.
I can't wait to see you. 💙
