But what many people don’t realise is that aging starts under the skin—long before it shows on the surface.

This video shows how the face changes at a muscular level over time. As muscles shift, weaken, or pull differently, the face naturally loses lift and softness. The skin is simply responding to what’s happening underneath.

So proud of the incredible Houston Group—my husband’s amazing team—bringing joy to the elderly this Christmas. In a time when government cuts have left so many vulnerable, they’re helping to rebuild a sense of community and connection. Christmas can be a lonely time for some, so let’s all take a moment to check in on our neighbors and make sure they’re okay. A little kindness can go a long way—let’s spread love and look out for one another.
