✨ Four months post-op — a technically challenging neck, properly corrected. ✨
This is a very difficult neck, and it’s important to understand why this result matters. She never had a jawline. This outcome is not the result of a chin implant, fillers, or liposuction — none of those would work here.
The transformation comes from true deep neck surgery.
In this case, extensive deep neck work was performed to create space around the hyoid bone, allowing it to elevate and produce a more pronounced cervico-mental angle. The mandibular ligament was released, enabling proper redraping of the lower face and neck. The digastric muscles (deep neck muscles) were carefully trimmed, and inter-digastric fat was removed from deep beneath the platysma — fat that liposuction simply cannot reach.
This level of correction cannot be achieved with liposuction.
It cannot be achieved with a chin implant.
It requires deep plane face and neck lifting with advanced deep neck dissection.
That is why this is not a “refined” neck — it is a completely new neck.
