This patient underwent complex revision (repair) septo-rhinoplasty by Mr Fas Arshad FRCS (ORL-HNS) at Leeds Private Hospital. She previously had undergone rhinoplasty in the NHS 4 years earlier, however she was left with a severely twisted and deformed nose that she could not breath from. She suffered severe psychological issues and had multiple consultations with various hospitals for repair surgery. Mr Arshad suggested taking cartilage from her rib to reconstruct the framework for her nose and improve her breathing. The rib is harvested through a 3cm incision which heals very well. Really pleased to present this 6 month follow up picture for this very challenging revision case. This wonderful patient had previous SMAS facelift at a different hospital but she was still left with heavy jowls & neck and midface descent. She wanted to improve and regain the youthful V shape outline of her jaw. She underwent deep plane face/neck lift + upper Blepharoplasty by Mr Fas Arshad FRCS (ORL-HNS) as a day case procedure. She is very pleased with her progress and the before and after comparison speaks for itself!

Really happy to present this wonderful 6 month result for this patient who underwent deep plane face & neck lift, upper Blepharoplasty & lip lift. The impact on the lower face and neck is remarkable, all this was performed in one surgery under GA at Leeds Private Hospital. The patient is delighted with her progress, and the beaming smile she comes to follow up with tells an amazing story, we are so happy for her and grateful she trusted us with her face 🙏 … her scars have faded away and by 12 months they will be virtually undetectable, surgery was performed by Mr Arshad FRCS (ORL-HNS) and Mr Gorman FRCS (Plast).
