Just a kindly reminder of my cancellation policy…

Imagine if your employer told you at the last minute they don’t need you today & they’re not going to pay you…How do you pay your bills, support your family, find other income at short notice?
This is my full time job, I love what I do with a passion but it is not a little hobby or sideline - My income carries this household! I’m sure you can imagine that as a small business, last minute cancellations & rescheduled appointments have a huge impact for me & determine whether or not I can make a living & keep my business running.
I completely understand that sometimes things happen that are out of our control & I am generally super lenient but please be aware that cancellations & rescheduled appointments within 24 hours require payment in full & vouchers will lose their validity.
Thank you all for your support of my small business - my little dream, I am truly grateful to each & every one of you. I hope that I can continue to support your physical & emotional well-being by providing a little sanctuary of calm in this crazy world.

I've walked, caught up with an old friend, tidied the garden & spent much of the afternoon reading - I'm now half way through a new book in just a few hours, that only happens on holiday these days!

🌅✨ Easter Sunday evening brought a beautiful sunset sky to my back garden, accompanied by the sweet melody of birdsong. It was a perfect reminder of nature's beauty and the joy it brings. I realised I don’t make enough time for sunsets & birdsong these days but hopefully now the nights are lighter that will change! The majority of my clients come to me through word of mouth & I feel so honoured & grateful that you love your treatments so much that you share that with others. I had a client yesterday who said she’d been to a charity function & I was (my reflexology & facials) the glowing topic of conversation for some part of the evening - thanks ladies!
