Let's talk about the Universal Mind
The Universal Mind refers to a greater field of consciousness that exists beyond your individual mind - a kind of shared intelligence or awareness that connects all beings, all life forms and all existences (multiversal & multidimensional).
It is a shared field of awareness connecting all living things. Some people understand God or Source to be essentially the same thing as the Universal Mind, but just with a different name.
YOU are a small part or spark of the Universal Mind!
Helpful tip:
Think about the sun as the total source of energy and light, then see yourself as one ray of sunlight. Your ray is not the WHOLE sun, but it comes from the sun, carries its light and is always connected to it. A ray of sunlight (your personal mind) is a small, individual expression of a larger source of energy or consciousness (the Universal Mind).
