We’re delighted to welcome our 17 first-year apprentices, who are currently taking part in their induction at Head Office. Apprentices play a vital role in the future of our industry, bringing fresh talent, ideas, and energy that keep us moving forward.

Our onboarding program not only introduces them to the company but also gives them an early insight into the skills and experiences they’ll develop during their apprenticeship.

Yesterday, the apprentices took part in team-based tasks covering:
☑️ Basic electrics
☑️ Top-end set
☑️ E-mobility
☑️ Impact tools
☑️ Brake discs

It’s fantastic to see their enthusiasm and skills developing so quickly – nothing beats learning by doing.

Last night, they enjoyed a team meal with our depot managers and operations director, and today they take their next step with college enrolment.
