Skincare is a marathon, not a sprint✨

Over the past 10 months, I’ve had the pleasure of working closely with this lovely lady, whom I first met in February 2025. At that time, she had tried numerous high-end treatments and products with little success. Her skin was highly reactive, so our first priority was to calm and restore balance before addressing active breakouts.

Through a carefully considered approach — including consistent monthly professional treatments, a commitment to a simple and effective medical-grade homecare routine with , adjustments to makeup and diet, and a change from a hormonal to a non-hormonal coil — we are delighted with the progress achieved.

Breakouts are now minimal, and while some post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation remains, there is thankfully no deep scarring. Once we are confident the skin has fully stabilised, the next stage will be microneedling with PDRN to support healing and improve residual pigmentation.

Helping clients navigate their skin concerns and regain confidence is the most rewarding part of my work. I don’t promise instant results — instead, I focus on patience, consistency, and realistic expectations. Whether your concerns are acne, rosacea, pigmentation, or ageing, you are always welcome to get in touch.

I’ve just spent the day with the very lovely learning her Quantum Buccal/TMJ release facial massage. As many of you will know I have been harping on, wanting to learn this technique for a couple of years and I have finally built up the courage to go to London on my own, without coming up with a load of excuses and DONE IT 🥰🙌🏻 Not only have I learnt this amazing routine, I’ve realised it’s nowhere near as scary as it looks, in-fact I actually felt deeply relaxed throughout having the treatment.
