Massage to suit you. I am trained in No Hands Massage, which can be as powerful or soft as you want. Based in Leeds, UK In 2007, I learnt how to do reiki.

I started massage in 2006 at Thomas Danby in Leeds, where I learnt Swedish Massage, and Anatomy and Physiology. (I am level 2)

In 2008, I discovered NO HANDS MASSAGE, and trained with Gerry Pyves for 2 years, where I learnt how to do basic NO HANDS massage, and also reflex treatments, face and neck, colon massage, chair massage, and a little sports massage too. I love giving massages. I love givi

ng people a space just to be themselves, and to be listened to and cared for. Before massaging, I was teaching yoga, and somehow I found myself at theatre school in France, which came after circus school, cycle training, green woodwork, and project work with a small charity in Leeds. Through all of this, there has been the same passion: providing people a space to just be, to know themselves, and to come closer to discovering their potential. Is anyone else thinking about Christmas presents already or am I off my tree?

I've actually already bought 2 this year. Doesn't hurt to be organised, does it? Does it?? (Let me know in the comments)

Whenever you're ready, I sell vouchers. You can buy a voucher for a 75 minute session with me as a gift.

Maybe you know someone who loves massages or reiki with me.

Maybe you just want to pass this on to your nearest and dearest as a not so subtle hint that a session with me is EXACTLY what you'd like for a gift this year.

Sessions with me are a delicious 75 minutes to reconnect with yourself and your body. Time just for you. With some delicious touch thrown in for good measure.

I offer deep massage using forearms, elbows and body weight, making a unique massage that can either be super deep or really gentle.

I also offer reiki, which is energy healing. It's just hands on or over the body but oh my gosh a lot can happen.

I have a sliding scale for my sessions, to make them accessible. And the same is true for my vouchers.

Also, I'll date the vouchers from Christmas Day, even if you buy them in October.

You can tell a lot about a person from the glass they choose.

I'm not sure what exactly. What do you think?

When I have 3 clients, it's quite fun offering different options and seeing which one everyone goes for.

Which one would you choose?

This month I'm offering massages at 4:30pm, 5:45pm and 7pm on Mondays and Tuesdays mainly. November is more flexible.

I get overwhelmed sometimes. By "simple" things. Like leaving the house (why is this so hard???)

Do you identify...?

Doing something that reminds me I have a body helps to get me out of my head.
It gets things in perspective.

Swim, shower, sauna, massage, dance, walk. They bring me back to the now. And keep me somewhat sane.

This is me after a swim. Anyone would think I hadn't just been shouting at the sky...

I find myself at the Festival in Dorset. A beautiful part of the world. In the most gorgeous healing area I've seen at a festival.

The Gardens.

It's more of a healing village, with various settlements dotted through the woods. Like mystical healing goblins and fairies. All ready to receive visitors.

If you have friends at End of the Road, send them our way. All the therapists are brilliant. If they come to me, I'll give them an absolutely delectable massage. Deep deep deep. If they want it deep. But also really soft.

I massage using my forearms mainly. But also elbows, shoulders, knees. This style uses bodyweight rather than fingers and wrists and it's honestly my favourite massage to receive. And can be transformative.

People of you are brilliant. Massaging there this weekend was a joy and an honour - my gratitude list was overflowing every single night.

The crew were BRILLIANT, creating and holding such a beautiful space. So many people commented on how lovely it felt there. Those guys are tonic for the soul. 💖💞💝

Thank you to everyone who came for a massage or reiki. I had people returning from previous years and even 2 people come back over the course of the festival.

After each session (of which there were 27 of the 2 and a half days) I ask you, “What are you noticing in your body now?”

And here is what some of the people of Deershed said:

Thank you and for a gorgeous very busy weekend massaging in the day and silent disco-ing in the night.

I met and worked with over 30 beautiful souls and witnessed transformation after transformation, I found tears in my eyes several times with the beauty of it. Thank you to everyone who came for a treatment.
