Hi everyone! I’ll be hosting a very special Earthing Angels this Saturday ! 💝 🌲

So…My humble little grounding and meditation group I’ve been running for 7 years .. has been selected to be in a channel 4 documentary about Earthing and its benefits for Sleep! 😴 🦶

This will be a different grounding gathering to our usual
…as the participants will be asked a few questions as to why they like earthing and what has brought them to the group, and they will be filming a few scenes with a small camera .. nothing major! Just to share your experience.😍

We will be doing the usual Nature Appreciation and Mindfulness/Meditation Meet in the woods, charging up our bodies and minds with the magical trees and earth energy! 🌲 🔋 💫

You don’t have to have experience of Earthing to attend this class but an interest and want to improve your wellbeing. If you don’t mind being filmed and sharing your experiences! 🥳🧘‍♀️

Half Price Healing at The Healing Centre for anyone on a low Income in March/ April 🎁

Looking after your body and mind should NOT be luxury. It is a necessity and the route to better health and life for all humans. I refuse to make my treatments unaffordable to people struggling despite my costs going up.

From today.. I will be giving Half Price treatment for those in receipt of low income benefits. So a healing session including all the prescribed therapies will be only £30. You will have exactly the same treatment as a full paying customer. ❤️

The full healing sessions are 2 hrs long and usually £75 each and include Spa Therapies, Acupuncture/ Thor Laser Therapy and many other additional therapies such as Cupping , Hot Stones, Sound Healing , Head/ Hand massage and Guided Meditation .

I will provide the same service as a full paying client but for half the price to help people who are financially struggling. 🧘‍♀️🧖‍♀️🙏🏽
