🎄IMPORTANT NOTICE🎄

Please allow 2 FULL WORKING DAYS or more if possible before coming to collect your prescriptions, we are extremely busy and understaffed during the festive period🎅
If you think you may run out and have not left enough time please ring 01977 685963 and we will do our best to pull it forward for you.
Otherwise we are unable to guarantee wait times.

We will be CLOSED-
25th December (CHRISTMAS DAY)
26th December (BOXING DAY)
1st January (NEW YEARS DAY)
We are open our usual business hours other than this.

Please be aware we will be closed on Monday 25th August for the bank holiday. Please allow 2 working days from ordering your prescriptions until collection. If you require your prescription sooner please call ahead so we can prepare it.
Due to staff shortages we are running slightly behind.

🌻MAY BANK HOLIDAY CLOSURES🌻

We will be closed on the dates below for MAY bank holidays, it is important you allow a FULL 48 WORKING HOURS before collecting your prescriptions after you have ordered them.

(Anything ordered over bank holiday weekend will not come down until Tuesday that we open therefore the earliest collection should be Thursday.) This will reduce waiting times in the pharmacy and pressure on staff.
Should you need your medication before the 48 working hours, please do not hesitate to give us a call and we will do our best to pull it forward for you😊

Please remember to leave it a FULL 48 WORKING HOURS before collecting your medication, if you order over a weekend then please leave it until tuesday evening at the earliest.

⚠️NHS PHARMACY FIRST SERVICE⚠️

For those who may not be aware, our pharmacist is able to offer antibiotics under certain criteria’s listed below! Please be aware that there are other questions that will need to be answered to enable a supply and a supply may not always be needed.
Please ring 01977 685963 to book a same day face to face appointment as we may not always be able to treat walk in’s during busy times.

🌻MAY BANK HOLIDAY CLOSURES🌻

We will be closed the following dates for Early may bank holiday and Spring bank holiday

MONDAY 6th MAY-CLOSED
MONDAY 27th MAY-CLOSED

Please allow A FULL 48 WORKING HOURS before collecting your prescriptions, bare in mind that anything ordered over these weekends including the Mondays, will not be processed until the Tuesday that your GP opens-Thursday morning at the earliest will be when most prescriptions are completed.

If you think you may not have enough or have ordered too late, please give us a call before coming in as this will help reduce waiting times and pressure in the pharmacy.

Bank holidays are a busy time for us so we thank you all for your patience and understanding during these times.
