Another set off lips. This time just 0.5 ml of Volift.

What do you think?

The second picture straight after injections. The last one is the client's selfie as she could not come for review , so different lighting and angle.

One year ago this beauty had 0.8 Volbella (first ever filler for her).She wanted her lips looking natural and was scared of "done" look. We chose very soft filler last year and she was very happy with the result.
This year wanted a minimal enhancement so I think 0.5 Volift + which is a bit thicker filler) done the job.

💉 Perioral lines and lips.

This beautiful lady asked me if I could inject just the lower lip to get the proportion of her lips closer to the golden ratio. She had injected lips before where the upper lip was more pronounced than the lower lip and she did not wish to have it dissolved (she had them injected in another clinic some time ago).

I used just 1ml Volbella to get closer to the balance between upper and lower lip to get subtle improvement of the lips and perioral lines including those running down from the corners of the mouth. That for a start. Upper lip itself was not injected , only philtrum columns to help with lines. We will be working again on the lines and naso labial folds but We are taking time to build up slowly to the stage when we achieve desired, but natural effect.

🤳 This is what happens when you take a selfie after all day in clinic ( with headache after sleepless night) and you don't have glasses on.
I pressed the filter on the camera not seeing how much of it 🤦.

📷 Despite not liking using the filer in general I like this picture for one reason. It represents the look I wish I had.
This triggered my aesthetic thinking. What would I need to achieve something close to that?

This is my conclusion 😱:
🔹10 ml of dermal filler (just being very optimistic)
🔹3 sessions of Beautif-EYE
🔹2 sessions of Profhilo for face and the neck
🔹3 typical areas of anti-wrinkle injections plus 🔹one to lift mouth corners 🔹and one to relax the muscle around my mouth.

That is for the start as I have never had any of the above treatment. The maintenance will be a different story.

💉 The first PROFHILO syringe gone. It is 2 ml of highly concentrated hyaluronic acid and 0.2 ml has been injected to each injection point. This time on the face, 5 injections on each side of the face.
It will be repeated after one month.

🗓️ It is recommended to repeat two sessions spaced month apart, every 6 months , but there is another option to maintain the results. It is very individual and depends on how your skin responds to treatment.

Cannot wait to see the final results.
