Pilates Gym is not a workout you survive. It’s training that’s built for you.

Our Pilates Gym sessions are apparatus-based, circuit-style classes that give you a full body challenge with smart progressions and plenty of teacher support. Perfect if you’re an experienced mover or working towards specific rehab goals.

To join, you’ll need 2 x 1 to 1 sessions first so we can do a movement screen and create your bespoke programme. Then you can step into Gym feeling confident with the equipment, springs, and your set-ups.

Your pregnancy is already doing a lot. Your movement practice should support it.

Our Prenatal Reformer class runs every Tuesday at 5.30pm with Sadie, and it’s designed to help you feel strong, steady and more comfortable as your body changes.

Here’s what practising Pilates during pregnancy can support:

* Better posture and less “heavy bump” strain through your back, hips and shoulders
* Breath and ribcage mobility, so you feel less tight and more spacious
* Pelvic support and whole-body strength, without over-bracing
* Glutes and leg strength for real life stamina, walking, stairs, lifting
* Calmer nervous system, because feeling grounded matters too

After much gentle pestering, one of our long standing clients brought in her actual Blue Peter badge… earned in 1992 for demonstrating her circus skills in the Blue Peter garden ⭐️

We absolutely love this. Not just because it is iconic, but because it says so much about what really happens in spaces like ours.

Yes, Pilates builds strength.
Yes, it supports healing and prevents injury.
But it also builds confidence, connection, shared stories and a lot of joy.

Over the years we have celebrated pregnancies, supported recoveries, cheered each other on through life’s challenges and discovered the most unexpected fun facts about one another. A Blue Peter badge from 1992 might not be part of the Pilates syllabus, but community absolutely is.

At Chapel Allerton Pilates we keep our classes small so people are seen, supported and known. You are never just a body on a machine. You are part of something.
