Pilates Gym is not a workout you survive. It’s training that’s built for you.
Our Pilates Gym sessions are apparatus-based, circuit-style classes that give you a full body challenge with smart progressions and plenty of teacher support. Perfect if you’re an experienced mover or working towards specific rehab goals.
To join, you’ll need 2 x 1 to 1 sessions first so we can do a movement screen and create your bespoke programme. Then you can step into Gym feeling confident with the equipment, springs, and your set-ups.
