Hello Pilates people and others who would like to be involved. We are taking on a challenge of hundreds exercise for 100 days Leading up to Christmas starting today! Finishing on the 19th December before Christmas! I will post a video of different options of hundreds if you would like to take part in the challenge! We are going to raise some money for charity headway which is a charity that supports people with brain injuries and injury, acquired brain injuries such as encephalitis or meningitis.

Looking for demand of a New class for people with Neurological Physiotherapy led Pilates in New Farnley .

Evenjng classes appropriate for people with MS Multiple Sclerosis, PD Parkinson’s disease, stroke, balance and coordination problems including ataxia,peripheral neuropathy, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries and CP cerebral palsy.

Exercises can be adapted for all individuals
