Neurological Physiotherapist and Pilates, offering 1:1 assessments, treatments and Pilates for both general public and neurological Pilates. 16 years experience in NHS working with neurological conditions including Stroke, MS, Parkinson’s, Cerebral palsy, peripheral neuropathy, brain injury ,facial, vestibular and balance problems.

Bobath trained to an advanced level
APPI qualified in Pilates and neurological Pilates

I have been a qualified Physiotherapist for nearly 12 years I Currently work within the NHS with neurological patients ,along side teaching Physio Led Pilates more recently. I have completed APPI Matwork Level 1 and 2 and 3 and neurological Pilates with The Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute. I teach weekly Physio Led Pilates with a hands in approach to give appropriate feedback. I throughly enjoy teaching people of all ages, I'm able to adapt exercises specifically for each client for general public and neurological patients.

Pilates
Is a mind and body work out which helps with balance, flexibility, core stability and abdominal strength, overall body work to strength all muscles groups, help with posture and alignment and prevent injuries. It also helps to relieve stress and tension and distraction away from our busy lives .

I provide 1:1 assessments and treatment for Neurological patients within Leeds areas and Wakefield.

The results are in for the Christmas challenge’s

Plank winner: Ivana 🤩
Balance winner :Anna 🤩
Squat winner : Gill 🤩

And finally the winning class with the biggest improvement overall was Thursdays this included the evening and the morning class we had 8 people in both Tuesdays and Thursdays that completed the challenges!

Thursdays 1 hour 11 mins 31 seconds

Pilates will be back for a 6 week block Tuesdays 7th January -11th February 6.30-7.30pm
