This isn't just an oversight role, it’s about providing high-level leadership across nursing, operations, and people management to ensure our residents receive the best possible care.

The Role at a glance
• Leadership: Oversee all functions including care, nursing, catering, and maintenance.
• Growth: Lead marketing efforts to promote our services and maintain occupancy.
• Compliance: Ensure the service exceeds legislative standards and best practice guidelines.
• Management: Maintain budgets and operational excellence.

What we’re looking for
• Clinical Expertise: Must be a Registered Nurse with a current, unencumbered NMC registration.
• Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Management of Adult Services pathway).
• Skills: A proven track record in financial budgeting, people management, and CQC compliance.

The Details
• 💰 Salary: Starting at £41,500 - £55,000 (inclusive of holidays).
• 🕒 Hours: 40 hours per week (Nominally 9–5).
• 📞 Flexibility: Includes an on-call facility to support the business needs.

On Tuesday our clients at Sherrington House Nursing Homes had a wonderful St. Patrick's Day celebration, filled with musicand laughter.

The atmosphere was truly jubilant, with the home beautifully decorated with colourful bunting. Our residents embraced the spirit of the day, donning Irish-themed hats, shamrock sunglasses, and even a few ginger beards!

Pancake Day brought smiles and delicious fun to Lister & Sherrington House Nursing Homes!

Clients embraced the time-honoured tradition of flipping pancakes, filling the air with excitement and the irresistible scent of freshly cooked treats.

After the flipping frenzy, everyone enjoyed a delightful feast. A tempting array of toppings, from classic maple syrup and sweet jam to indulgent chocolate and creamy delights, ensured there was something for everyone. Laughter and happy chatter filled the room as residents savoured their pancakes and the cheery atmosphere.
