One of the biggest misconceptions I hear is that pain = injury.
It doesn’t always. Pain is complex, and whilst it should never be ignored, it can often be influenced by stress, posture, movement habits, or even past injuries.
I’ve worked with clients whose scans showed no structural issues, yet they were in constant discomfort. And others with clear tissue damage who felt surprisingly okay.
The body’s signals aren’t always straightforward. That’s why we listen, assess, and treat the whole picture.
