I’m teaching a ‘De-Stress Meditation Class’ at the lovely Chirpy, Leeds in Chapel Allerton LS7 ~ 1.5 class with a choice of aromatherapy oils, a relaxing guided meditation to let go of any stress or tension from your week~ bringing your mind and body back to CALM, includes a homemade sweet treat & herbal tea to finish and a special little discount for attendees if anything catches your eyes in the shop.

We start the day outdoors in our private area as shown below with gentle stretching on the grass to relax the body and soothing meditations to calm the mind 🥰

Followed by a reflection class to tune in to what you are ready to let go of and release in to the fire, with our fire & drum ceremony.. 🔥

We pause for a nourishing homemade picnic where you create your own Buddha bowl lunch from various options 🥙 🥗 and take a 30 minute gentle walk through the beautiful back paths of the estate arriving at the barn studio with its wooden beams and aromatherapy smells, for our afternoon sessions of welcoming in the new with the power of intention setting, a flower ceremony and full body energy chakra cleanse with crystal sound bowls and other soothing instruments to a coin you in to a deep state of restful bliss.
