This patient needed a total nail removal
But we don’t need to unless a severe problem like this .
If only one side affected , we just remove a small section down the side and use chemicals to stop it growing in .
Ps we don’t need to remove all the toenail either , which leaves you with a slightly slimmer nail for a more pleasing aesthetic look and feel, so you can once healed pain your toenails again should you wish .

A great start today to our first day back .This week apart from our routine Podiatry appointments , and new patients. We have booked for this week already painful ingrowing toenails for
Nail surgery . The patients are now booked in ( two ).
Fungal nail treatment plans ( three )
Class 4 medical grade lasers used for plantar fasciitis ( four ) and one case so far for Chillblains .
