📣 Meet Andrew, our new MSK Physiotherapist

We’re excited to welcome Andrew Wilson to the team. With a first-class degree in Physiotherapy, HCPC registration, and specialist training in biomechanics and strength & conditioning, Andrew offers a dynamic, evidence-based approach to rehabilitation and performance.

He brings extensive experience supporting people at every stage of their journey — from injury recovery and long-term condition management to those simply wanting to feel stronger, move better, and live with more confidence.

🗓️ Appointments will be available:
• Monday: 8am – 2pm
• Wednesday: 2pm – 8pm
• Saturday: 8am – 12pm

Andrew will be in the studio from Monday, 24th November, for his onboarding.

With over 20 years of experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and persistent pain management, I’ve seen firsthand how strength training, when applied correctly, can transform recovery, resilience, and long-term function.
