🧿 THE ASCENSION STAGES 🧿
It can be valuable to be aware of how the different stages of the ascension usually goes although our individual journey is very unique
-AWAKENING:
In the awakening stage, we often experience a sudden or gradual realization that there is more to existence than the physical, material world. This can be experiences like:
✨Sudden insights about the nature of reality.
✨Seeing through societal illusions. Questioning mainstream belief systems and seeking deeper truths.
✨Increased sensitivity. Enhanced awareness of energy and emotions, both personal and from others.
This stage is often triggered by life crises, like burnouts, separation, sickness or other profound experiences, leading to a radical shift in perspective.
-PURIFICATION & HEALING
This stage is crucial as it addresses the clearing out of old wounds and dysfunctional patterns. Key elements include:
✨Emotional release: Processing and releasing suppressed emotions.
✨Detoxification: Physical, emotional, and energetic cleansing practices.
✨Forgiveness practices: Working towards forgiving self and others to release karmic bonds.
It is a challenging phase where we might revisit past traumas and deeply ingrained beliefs, requiring courage and persistence to clear them.
- INTEGRATION & ALIGNMENT
During integration, the focus is to harmonizing our life with our inner truths and spiritual identity. This involves:

✨LIFESTYLE CHANGES: Upgrading our habits, relationships, and career to align with our spiritual values.

- EXPANSION OF CONSCIOUSNESS
As we progress, our perception broadens significantly. This expansion can manifest as:

✨PSYCHIC ABILITIES: Development of skills like clairvoyance, clairsentience, or telepathy.

Mastery involves becoming proficient in navigating both the spiritual and material worlds. It includes:

✨Spiritual service: Using our abilities to aid others and serve the greater good.
✨Co-creation with higher energies: Partnering with divine energies and beings in one’s creative and healing journeys.
At this stage, we often feel empowered to make impactful changes in our lives and in the lives of others.
-ASCENSION & UNITY CONSCIOUSNESS
The culmination of the ascension process is the achievement of a state where we feel a profound connection with all of existence. Characteristics of this stage include:
- Transcending duality: Moving beyond perceptions of good and bad, right and wrong.
- Oneness: Experiencing a seamless unity with all life forms.
- Living in the present: A profound ability to live in the now, fully experiencing each moment.
Unity consciousness is marked by deep peace, joy, and a boundless love for all beings, along with a sense of deep interconnection that transcends ordinary perceptions of separation.
Each stage in the ascension process involves deep internal work and transformation, offering profound growth and spiritual evolution. This journey is unique to each and every one of us, reflecting our own spiritual needs and life path.
