Great class last night at Royds Mill using weights! Well done ladies you worked really hard whilst still having fun !
It’s important to incorporate an element of weight training into your exercise regime to strengthen muscles. Inactivity can lead to a decrease in muscle strength at a rate of approximately one to three per cent a day.
