For almost 15years, I’ve had the absolute privilege of supporting people to change their lives 💛
In that time, I’ve seen first-week losses ranging from 1lb to 16lbs… 3 stone gone in 8 weeks… and I’ve handed out awards from ½ stone all the way to an incredible 10 stone 🎉 Plus more Target awards than I can count!

But it’s not just about the scales…
I’ve seen members reverse type 2 diabetes, come off medication, fall pregnant after years of trying, and step confidently into weddings, graduations and special occasions. Smiling in photos they once would have avoided 📸✨

We enjoy this recipe so much from Slimming World Kitchen, it just had to go on this weeks plan too. Quick dash to the supermarket and it was ready in just 30 mins. The BEST tasting homemade Thai Red curry EVER!

There’s something so special about putting pen to paper 💌 Today I’ve popped a little stack of cards in the post to some of my gorgeous members who are feeling a bit under the weather. No agenda. No reminder about food. Just a little reminder that they matter & they're missed ❤️

Because being part of our group isn’t just about what the scales say… it’s about support, encouragement and knowing someone is in your corner, especially on the tougher weeks.
