We've teamed up with the fantastic Leeds team to bring you a brand new adult ballet class 🩰

This beginners class is all about fun, movement, and finding your inner dancer — no experience (or tutu) required 😉

Its completely free of charge s why not give it a go!

Starting this week, our friends at People in Action are running weekly Wellbeing Drop-in Sessions!

They are on Thursdays from 1pm to 2pm at the Old Fire Station in Gipton and free to join.

You can get a free hot drink and friendly advice and support.

Next month, our Travel with Confidence project is running a free Night Safety Training session!

It is to help you know how to stay safe when using buses in the evenings.

Through the Maze is an information and signposting service in Leeds for adults with learning disabilities, family carers and professionals. We provide easy read information about accessible events and activities that are happening in Leeds. We also signpost to other organisations who can help you with things such as money and housing. We understand that there is a maze of different services, so rather than trying to find them for your self we can be your guide. If you are feeling confused or just want to save time our specialist learning disability advisers can help you get in touch with the right service. If you need our help we can come visit you at home or you can come to visit us at our offices in Hunslet. We can also help you over the phone.
