Located in Leeds, our vibrant community space 'ARK' serves as a hub where we provide a range of youth empowerment activities. CATCH is a registered charity driven by a team of passionate volunteers dedicated to making a meaningful difference in our community. We proudly operate 'ARK,' a vibrant, multifunctional community space in Harehills, Leeds, where we provide a wide range of activities designed to inspire and empower children and young people from all backgrounds. Our offerings go beyond youth programs. We provide room hire for events, meetings, and workshops, welcoming both individuals and businesses who want to contribute to the community while accessing a versatile space. By choosing ARK, businesses can give back to their community while hosting their events in a setting that supports positive social change. We also offer essential first aid courses, equipping individuals with the skills they need to respond confidently in emergencies. Our educational farm, home to a variety of animals, provides a unique, hands-on learning experience for all ages, connecting people with nature and fostering a sense of responsibility and care. Ramadan was a beautiful time at Catch, where we came together to celebrate and open our fast as a community 🤍 From shared meals to meaningful moments, it truly brought us closer.

Our Link Up Monday sessions are nearly coming to an end!

Every Monday evening we opened our doors to young people aged 14–18, a space to hit the gym, hang out with friends, and most importantly, sit down together for real meaningful conversations.

It’s been amazing to see connections grow, stories shared, and young people supported in a space that’s safe, positive, and welcoming.

Grateful for every young person who showed up and made these evenings what they were.

What a busy and brilliant day yesterday! 🌱

Our amazing volunteers started the morning by cleaning out the polytunnels and getting everything ready for planting season. We also gave the pond and the whole site a good tidy - our young people always keep the space to such a high standard, and that’s exactly what CATCH inspires them to do!

Then it was straight into our evening youth session and it was just as busy! With the weather getting better we’ve been able to spend more time outside and our young people absolutely love it!

Youth sessions in full blast!

So many activities to keep them busy and excited, with lots still going on. With the weather getting better we’re hoping to bring back more roller disco soon 🛼☀️

Behind the Scenes at Amazon LBA5! 🚚

Young people from CATCH had the incredible opportunity to visit the Amazon Warehouse LBA5 in Leeds, getting a real behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to bring a parcel from warehouse to your front door.

From exploring operations, engineering, packaging, and the strategic planning that keeps everything moving, our young people saw first-hand the scale, technology, and teamwork involved in global logistics.

The visit also included an inspiring career workshop with experienced Amazon managers, where young people learned about different career pathways, asked questions, and explored future opportunities within the industry.

A huge thank you to Amazon for opening their doors and supporting CATCH in empowering young people, building aspirations, and strengthening a partnership built on shared values and opportunity for the next generation.

🌸✨ Unite Her Girls Club celebrated International Women’s Day at CATCH! ✨🌸

What an incredible evening it was - a chance to celebrate the strength, talent and resilience of the amazing women in our community.

Together we reaffirmed our commitment to continue supporting them, empowering them and helping them grow into confident leaders.

It was an incredible 2 days at Leeds Building College!

We brought along our llamas and alpacas and the students had the chance to see, stroke and learn all about our much-loved farm animals.

Such an amazing opportunity for our apprentice Remus and the fantastic students from Leeds City College who helped run the event 🌟

Saturday morning well spent 🐐✨

Our young volunteers came together for a full deep clean of the goat barn, led by our brilliant farm apprentice Remus.

Alongside the hard work, our older volunteers passed on their skills, teaching others how to safely trim hooves and care for the animals.

It’s more than just a clean up.
