Located in Leeds, our vibrant community space 'ARK' serves as a hub where we provide a range of youth empowerment activities. CATCH is a registered charity driven by a team of passionate volunteers dedicated to making a meaningful difference in our community. We proudly operate 'ARK,' a vibrant, multifunctional community space in Harehills, Leeds, where we provide a wide range of activities designed to inspire and empower children and young people from all backgrounds. Our offerings go beyond youth programs. We provide room hire for events, meetings, and workshops, welcoming both individuals and businesses who want to contribute to the community while accessing a versatile space. By choosing ARK, businesses can give back to their community while hosting their events in a setting that supports positive social change. We also offer essential first aid courses, equipping individuals with the skills they need to respond confidently in emergencies. Our educational farm, home to a variety of animals, provides a unique, hands-on learning experience for all ages, connecting people with nature and fostering a sense of responsibility and care. At CATCH, we believe in the power of community and invite you to join us in creating a brighter, more inclusive future for everyone.

Busy sessions at CATCH!

From action-packed football tournaments ran by our amazing volunteer Denis, to oral health with the NHS Trust to exploring apprenticeship opportunities with Employment & Skills Leeds.

Our students and volunteers from Leeds City College teamed up with the amazing VIY to board and insulate the gym interior! 💥

This powerhouse group of young people picked up incredible hands-on skills that will stick with them for life, earned a qualification, and built something real with their own hands. Huge shout-out to the brilliant VIY team for making it happen. They built it themselves and they’ll take serious pride in this space every time they walk in!

This is just the beginning - there’s more to come, with even more students getting involved and doing amazing work!

Hard work really does pay off.

Our young people continue to step up — lifting hay bales, deep cleaning the goat barn, cleaning up the site, making sure the building is absolutely top notch, and even turning up day after day for extra revision. And the best part? They’re doing it off their own back.

This is what CATCH is about. Commitment. Pride. Grit. Young people who show up, work hard, and take ownership.

We couldn’t be prouder.

Even on the coldest, iciest days, CATCH is still open.

Throughout the day, we host bookings for corporate and community organisations, delivering high-quality events and excellent service.

In the evenings, our doors stay open for young people, offering a safe, welcoming space with activities like pool, ping pong, video games, and board games 🎱🏓🎮🎲

Alongside all of this, our farm runs every single day, 365 days a year, caring for over 80 animals 🐄🐑🐓

Christmas Healthy Holidays completed 🎄

We travelled the world without leaving home – from Scotland to Mexico! Learning new traditions, discovering new sports, and staying active all the way!

Huge shoutout to our Catch Union Sports Lead Filip for smashing the brief with tag rugby, handball, dodgeball and more. So good seeing our young people out, active, and having fun ⚽

We loved coming together with Gordon’s LLP to host a Christmas party for their apprentices and our Catch volunteers. An evening filled with games, good food, and time to celebrate the amazing young people who’ve grown, supported one another, and achieved so much over the year. Even Santa dropped by with presents for the young people, making it an extra special way to end the year ✨🎅

What an incredible turnout from our volunteers 💛

Even on the coldest days they’ve shown up to make sure our animals are safe, cared for, and happy — and that our youth sessions continue as normal so kids have a warm, safe place to come, connect, and belong 🤍

From emptying the trailer to sitting down and playing games, we are one family.

A special shout-out to our 3 new volunteers who have worked so hard to earn their CATCH shirts and 1 who has earned his farm hat AND Catch hoodie all in one day — we are so proud and grateful of all of you ✨
