Today has been all about knocking things back, putting walls up, and trying to agree on paint colours (harder than it should be).

Itā€™s still very much a work in progress, but you can start to see it coming together now.

Today looked a little differentā€¦ less treatments, more dust sheets.

Weā€™ve been knocking walls down, opening up the space and starting to shape whatā€™s coming next. Itā€™s messy, noisy and far from finished, but itā€™s all part of creating somewhere that feels calm, welcoming and considered from the moment you walk in.

Weā€™ve also been deep in paint samples (and second guessing every decision). Getting the right tones matters more than people think, it sets the whole feel of the clinic.

It might not look like much yet, but this is where it starts.

Our team recently attended advanced Obagi Medical training, deep diving into clinical skincare, ingredient science and treatment protocols to ensure weā€™re delivering results you can trust.

We donā€™t stand still, and neither should your skin. When we reopen, you can expect even more tailored advice, refined treatment plans and better outcomes.

Today was our last day trading as Guise & Dolls, but only as we make way for an exciting new chapter.

Itā€™s hard to put into words what this chapter has meant to us. So much care, hard work, growth and so many lovely clients have filled these walls over the years, and weā€™re so grateful for every single one of you who has supported us.

Our final day was a busy one, with 6 anti-wrinkle treatments, 5 filler appointments, 2 laser treatments, 4 facials, along with reviews and weight loss management appointments to wrap things up.

Now the clinic is closed for around 10 days for refurbishment, and when we reopen, weā€™ll be welcoming you back into a beautiful new space designed to enhance confidence and elevate wellbeing, with a brand new name.

Appointments should resume from around 31st March, but weā€™ll keep you updated along the way.
