Speaking from my heart (and with over 10 years of hands-on experience in aesthetics)… I need to say this 🙌

I am honestly SO fed up with the TikTok “trends” that keep popping up — random people dishing out advice they have absolutely no idea about. One week it’s “HA fillers are cancelled,” the next it’s “everyone should dissolve everything,” and suddenly half the internet believes it. Sorry, but a little rant is needed here.

Let’s get real: without HA fillers, so much of what we do in aesthetics simply wouldn’t be possible. Nose corrections, plumper lips, restoring the volume we lose with age, balancing profiles, softening under-eye hollows, defining jawlines, refining chins… the list goes on.

Yes, I love biostimulators, skin boosters, and all the regenerative tools we now have — they’re incredible for long-term collagen and skin quality. But when it comes to ARTISTRY, precision, contouring, and instantly restoring harmony, HA fillers are unmatched. Always have been. Always will be (at least until science gives us something truly better).

The “overfilled” faces people complain about? That’s not the filler — ITS INJECTOR. In the right hands, HA remains timeless for creating natural, balanced, and refreshed results.

So no, fillers aren’t outdated. What is outdated? Bad work, bad technique, and believing TikTok trends over actual expertise!
