Tuesday day is my day of and traditionally one spent with BG when she was teeny. We seem to be organically going back to that 🥰
I’m relearning to own my time off. My kids are implemental in this, and they don’t even know it.🥹

1) Breakfast
2) Smug with my steak&eggs choice
3) Shopping with The Gurl (she is a bad influence)
4) Coffee to before we get the train
5) Guess where? Stunning.

Hey Everyone. I did say I’d be back on here!! Just an alternative point of view. Everyone does treatments for different reasons and sometimes before and afters are needed to show the difference MLD makes. So when you do look at these photos remember it’s not jusy the aesthetic, just imagine the difference it makes internally too! PS….excuse the hair. It’s getting done tomorrow!!🥰

FYI I am going to be more visible on here from now on. I have been challenged by trying to be too slick and keep up with other businesses regarding posting. And that’s just not me and lead me to freezing! So expect to see more videos of me whittering about where I’m going, what I’m up to at Elysium. Likes in the industry and dislike, products I use (yes, Mr Horne; that’s you )
Some may be a bit ‘to the point’ and some a bit pointless but I’m sure you expect nothing less…Buckle Up Folks!!

I’ve not been on here as I thought we all had enough to contend with. Enough people to sort. The last thing you needed was reminding to take care of yourselves too.
However…..maybe now you have the headspace to look after yourselves. Or at least plan it. Be kind to others but especially yourselves.🫶
