For some winter is a time of low mood and even loneliness. Get outside for a little every day even when the weather is damp and cold. Take vitamin D and eat plenty of fruit and veg. Your stomach is your second brain and also needs to be looked after. Change your bulbs to daylight bulbs and maybe take up a new hobby or fun activity. If all that fails seal a counsellor to support you through the winter months.
