Growth doesn’t happen in your comfort zone.

Yesterday I attended the first-ever Scar Symposium in Birmingham, hosted by the amazing — and I went solo 😬 Networking is usually my worst nightmare, but I knew this was an opportunity I couldn’t miss.
Despite my awkwardness, I met some truly inspiring people including and Trudy and left feeling energised!
