This afternoon I've been back at ST Aidens RSPB reserve teaching staff and volunteers how to do CPR and use a Defib. 10 people attended and were all grateful for the extra confidence gained. Lots of great questions and enthusiasm, so much so, I forgot to get photos. This one will have to do.

Trying to get another response bike is a nightmare! There are so many companies advertising stuff they no longer have and then offering something totally different as a replacement.
Me: it needs to be a yellow step through
Them: we have this red one with a cross bar 😐

Just 2 questions left to do in my FREC4 training. Hopefully I will be submitting it by the weekend. Just need the trainer to get his finger out and then I can look at doing my Award in Education and Teaching Level 3 early next year.
