So you’ve injured your hamstring and you’re not sure how to fix it…

Here’s an insight into me assessing hamstring 2 weeks post injury to build a specific plan to have him back running at 3 weeks after a grade 2 injury.

At Move Physiotherapy we understand how frustrating the pain and discomfort you experience first thing in a morning, picking up your children, walking your dogs or playing the sports you love can be. We use the same rehabilitation system provided to the Leeds Rhinos First Team to identify the true cause of your problem and rehabilitate you to be robust and resilient to the activities of your daily life.

You may have spent your valuable time, money and effort searching for the answer… using heat packs and gels, taking pain relief and anti-inflammatories or doing stretches you found on google… all which only provide short term relief.

On top of the physical impact of pain and discomfort we understand how your problem can affect your mood, energy and mental health. You may have noticed yourself choosing to shorten how far you walk your dog, missing every other weekend fixture of the sport you play with your friends or not being able to play in the garden with your children or grandchildren all because of the fear of living in pain.
