Why these made it to my list 💫

🌅Starting the day with gratitude in your mind will keep you grounded before the noise of the world gets in.

Ever since I got my , I’ve used it effectively to help understand my health or rather the lack , by tracking my heart rate, blood oxygen, breathing regularity, heart rate variability, temperature, activity, & sleep.

And it has been precise to the T.

It’s helped me make the lifestyles changes on areas I needed the most- my sleep.

But one needs to go beyond just. It’s about - choosing to not react , choosing a state of calm by becoming aware of your everyday thoughts / habits . Techniques like , are very helpful but without they’re just that - techniques.

Where a normal HRV is generally between around 40 to 60. A lower HRV could mean overtraining, lack of , changes, & psychological .

Unbeknownst to me, I reckon my HRV had been very low for the past few years. But as I started to understand what was not going right, I started to use the tools I had learnt over the years, by making step by step changes.
What’s even more amazing is where my has gone up, my sleeping heart rate has dropped to 51 bpm.

The last time it happened was a day after a deep experience.

Seeing this trending on insta i had no clue what the fuss was about. Then I came across these photos last night. Gosh…. that 1st photo I was in and my dear friend Ritu who thought it was funny to take a picture at that moment when I was sulking (quiet heavily too for some reason) . The second one is plz guess who am I. I think I look like a baby. The third one is just me busy with my thoughts as I’m making my way through and the last one is Binny the toddler aka 😎😂🥳

A massive thank you to for treating our members to a lovely, relaxing workshop, last Sunday.
is leaving us for 6 weeks to visit her family, in India.

We have you covered though…pt will be taking over the Tuesday evening class and the lovely Hannah will be teaching Saturdays at the slightly earlier time of 10.30/11.30am
Unfortunately, due to the summer holidays, we have decided to stop the Friday morning class from the 4th August- 15th September
