The care, intuition, and dedication she brings to every session is something really special — and it shows in the results she creates.

This weekend’s hen do was the perfect reflection of that — full of love, laughter, deep friendship, and so much joy. It was such a beautiful celebration of her and everything she brings into the world.

🌈SPRING EQUINOX🌈

Seasonal Ceremonies with Lourdes Orozco offer an opportunity to connect with the cycles of nature and return to the wisdom within.

When we align our inner world with the rhythms of the natural world, we gain access to deeper clarity, peace and truth. This connection can guide us through moments when we may feel lost or disconnected, helping us remember the wisdom that already lives within us.

In these Seasonal Ceremonies, Lourdes creates a space that supports listening, feeling and sensing the cyclical messages that nature offers. Each gathering becomes an invitation to reconnect with yourself through awareness, reflection and presence.

The ceremonies take place around the Winter and Summer Solstices, and the Spring and Autumn Equinoxes. Rooted in the ancient wisdom of astronomy, astrology, divination and ritual practices honoured by our ancestors, each ceremony weaves together guided meditation, affirmations, chanting, breathwork, offerings and self-reflection.

This is an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life and enter a sacred space for ritual, restoration and inner connection.

Each ceremony lasts two hours and you are warmly welcome exactly as you are.

🌈MEDITATION🌈

Meditation is the place where I feel most like myself.

There are no expectations there, no pressure to be anything other than who I truly am. It’s just a quiet space where I can breathe, slow down, and let everything settle. In that stillness, I find a sense of calm that’s hard to find anywhere else.

It reminds me that the freedom to be yourself is so important. When we give ourselves permission to simply be — without judgement, without trying to fit into anyone else’s idea of who we should be — there is so much peace in that. Sometimes all we really need is a moment of silence, a deep breath, and the space to reconnect with who we truly are…no matter who we truly are! ❤️

In this workshop, Emily Storr will guide you through how to support your students with safe, intentional touch and clear, confident communication. You’ll learn to see the body with fresh eyes, understanding alignment through anatomy, breath, and energy, so your assists become intuitive rather than mechanical.

We’ll explore how to approach different bodies, when to offer support, and how to hold space in a way that feels empowering and safe for every student.

Designed for teachers and trainees who want to refine their skills and deepen their confidence, this session will give you a practical toolkit of hands-on and verbal assists that build trust, enhance understanding, and invite each student to experience yoga more fully — in body and in spirit
