Today a Yoga student presented me with some beautiful flowers, thanking me for recognising how she was feeling emotionally.

Being a Yoga & Pilates teacher isn't the easiest occupation, long days, unsociable hours. Days like today make me feel that my job is worthwhile. It makes me very happy to know that I've been able to support somebody through a little difficult patch.
