Upper back and shoulder pain rehab/physio Excercises

Excercises to increase mobility and range of motion in the upper back and shoulders.
Strengthening important muscles like romboids.

A lot of people suffer from posture and mobility issues in these areas
Remember to maintain head parallel to the floor.

These exercises help posture issues with shoulders as well as neck
