Founded in 2010 and based in Guiseley. We are Reflections Community Support, welcome to our page! Alternatively, call in for a chat.

Reflections Community Support is a not-for-profit, community-based care provider committed to delivering reliable, person-centred, and affordable support for adults with complex needs. We are a Care Quality Commission (CQC) registered home care and community support service (see our CQC rating here http://www.cqc.org.uk/location/1-973343971?referer=widget4). Our mission statement is "positively engaging with the community" and we truly believe that we do. We work with vulnerable adults, such as the elderly, those who need support regarding mental health issues and others who may require additional support to remain living independently in their own homes. Supported by our excellent home care and care assistants, we are therefore working towards reduced hospital admissions through enabling people to remain in their own homes, as well as increased empowerment and social inclusion as our clients become more actively involved in the decisions which affect their future and well being, and their wider communities. We provide a huge range of excellent support services:-

Our excellent staff are trained according to mandatory Care Quality Commission (CQC) training standards, and are passionate about providing support tailored to individual needs.
