We are Reflections Community Support, welcome to our page! Our mission statement is "positively engaging with the community" and we truly believe that we do. We work with vulnerable adults, such as the elderly, thos

e who need support regarding mental health issues and others who may require additional support to remain living independently in their own homes. Supported by our excellent home care and care assistants, we are therefore working towards reduced hospital admissions through enabling people to remain in their own homes, as well as increased empowerment and social inclusion as our clients become more actively involved in the decisions which affect their future and well being, and their wider communities. We provide a huge range of excellent support services:-
