When your app says “fair” — but your body wants more 🤍

I checked my Oura after my snack and it rated it as “fair” —
mostly because it could use more protein.

That felt helpful, not critical.

So I took it as information, not instruction.

Next time, I might add:
• a bit more protein
• or pair it with something simple to feel more satisfied

Because food isn’t a test you pass or fail.
It’s feedback.

This snack still:
✔ steadied me
✔ was enjoyable
✔ worked in the moment

✨ Data can guide us — but we decide what’s helpful.

But you don’t feel normal.

If you’re living with ongoing hypothyroid symptoms, the hardest part is often not the symptoms themselves —
it’s being told there’s nothing more to explore.

In my thyroid clinics, I’m best placed to support people who:
• still feel unwell despite treatment
• live with fatigue, brain fog, low mood or weight difficulty
• feel their symptoms have been dismissed
