We have been asked if we could share this information with our patients, if you would like to complete the survey please use the link below Thank You Moorland Medical Centre
We are currently conducting a resident survey to better understand local experiences and needs around sexual health services, including access to contraception, STI testing, and broader sexual wellbeing support.
The survey is part of our ongoing work to improve service provision and ensure it is inclusive, accessible, and responsive to the diverse communities we serve. We are particularly keen to hear from groups who may face barriers to access, and underserved populations.
We would greatly appreciate the LMC’s support in:
• Sharing the survey with GP practices in Stoke-on-Trent and relevant networks
• Encouraging participation among patients and community contacts
• Advising on any additional dissemination routes that may help us reach underrepresented groups
The survey is anonymous, takes approximately 10 minutes to complete, and is open to residents aged 16+ in Stoke-on-Trent. The survey will remain open until Monday 24th November.
