A brand new barre choreography set is landing in the studio this week ✨Which means… it’s the perfect time to start.

No one knows it yet. No one is ahead. You get to learn from the very beginning, together.

We keep the same choreography for 6–8 weeks so you can build confidence, understand the movements, and really find your flow — one beat at a time.

You’ll find our barre classes on:

Wednesday - Barre Balance 07:00 (Rie) .withrie
Thursday - Barre Balance 10:30 & Barre Pulse 18:00 (Kayleigh)
Saturday - Barre Pulse 09:30 (Kayleigh)
