Being off grid • my phone has been broken the last 24 hours and just received it back …. And my goodness was it refreshing to have time away ! It’s highlighted how important it is to put the phone down and enjoy time off grid . Classes are perfect for this , put it on silent , pop it in your bag , shoes off , roll out the mat and just be . We love to see you share the studio and take photos in the space , but it’s more important for you to take time away and have this space for yourself and let your mind enjoy some peace and quiet away from the constant chatter of the world ❤️❤️❤️
