Last week, Paul visited the
Leek And Surrounding Areas Chronic Pain Community Group to explain how exercise can help people in long term pain. This is an area which needs to be dosed correctly, as cookie cutter exercise plans will often not be appropriate. This often causes more pain which can increase stress, fatigue, and mental health issues.

Our very talented receptionist Amanda also runs her window art business Just Add Chalk and you can catch her this weekend at the Foxlowe Arts Centre alongside lots of other fantastic local artists.

It’s going to be a great day to have a wonder round town, meet some local makers and artists and enjoy some of our Totally Locally Leek independent shops ☺️❤️.

Come along to the on Saturday, I’ll be at the Foxlowe from 10am- 4pm hand lettering names and I have two taster session for creating some window art! Can’t wait to see you !

We are very excited today about our new little baby from Oh Shoot Plants!

She’s a pickle plant, keep an eye out for her in the clinic, I’m going to treat her to a nice new pot this week and we’re hoping to be able to grow some little pickles soon!!

We’re also doing really well in the plant nursery so very soon we’ll be offering some of our babies out to new homes including spider plants and money plants.

We look after plants as well as people 🥰🥰
