How are you feeling as we head in to the winter months? I know many of you struggle at this time of year.
Do you know, once you have learnt the tapping points you can use them so simply when you need them. Just tap and breathe, its makes a difference.
I mostly tap with my morning cuppa and it sets me up for the day.
