Hello All! My healthy eating plan is FULL!

I have decided to limit the groups to 10 people so I can make sure I can give everyone the attention needed.

The next one will start on Monday April 28th and run for 6 weeks. A few people have messaged about travelling / holidays etc but the idea is that the plan can be followed ANYWHERE and it’s not restrictive - I can give you tips (or hacks as they are now called) for eating out, holidays, business travel etc. it’s about what you add to your diet, not take away.

BUT please remember that if you have 4 or 5 weeks holiday per year that’s not going to undo the benefits of the other 47 weeks. Holidays are meant to be enjoyed as well.

Let me know if you’re interested in #2 and hopefully I’ll have some positive stories from group 1 to share too ❤️

Hi All,

I’ve had some lovely feedback on my random & sporadic food posts as well as the booklet I did on ADHD foods and I am now looking to set up a small group (maximum 15) of people who want to follow a food plan that will help them to change their relationship with food for the better.

As you might know, I’m a Nutritional Biochemist and following years in the food & supplements industry & quite a lot of self experimentation I think I’ve found a ‘plan’ that can help:

1) manage unhealthy food cravings & binge eating / drinking
2) provide your body with nourishing foods and macro nutrients that should support your ‘older bodies’
3) give you lots of ideas for what to eat rather than a list of things you can’t!

It’s not just about what you eat, it’s also about when you eat. It’s not a weight loss diet per se but if your diet is unhealthy or if you are overweight, weight loss will be a bonus side effect.

Hopefully you’ll form habits that will last forever but the initial plan is for 6 weeks. During this time (depending on location) we can meet / group meet / video chat and have WhatsApp support too.

Here’s me, make up free and not looking too bad for my age (IMHO) ❤️

Are there any adult individuals in my network with ADHD who would be prepared to follow a specific diet plan for a week (7 days) to see if it helps increase the feeling of mental ‘stillness’ (IYKYK) without the need for self medications like alcohol 🙂 - you can still have a drink if you want to though.

It would be ok for children too aged 12 and over (under adult supervision).

It’s not massively complicated nor expensive but like any dietary changes you’ll need to put some effort in to get results out. Comment below, share and DM me.

Well it’s bean 🫘 (lol) a while since I’ve posted something about nutrition on here but through my job & through Zoe Nutrition, I discovered Bold Bean Co - their products are amazing.
