Come for a Sound Bath tonight 7pm-8pm in Leek - £15

We have a few places left tonight for a relaxing sound bath experience. No need to bring anything, all beds, blankets and pillows provided.

Everyone welcome!

Come and relax, nap, meditate or just experience the immersive sounds of the bowls, drums and gongs to help you reset on a rainy Sunday evening.

Such a special sound bath last night with so many new faces! One woman collected these beautiful flowers for me from her garden and so they rested on my table whilst I took everyone through a guided visualisation and relaxing sound bath.

Sunday Night Sound Bath - 7pm tomorrow

Thank you so much to everyone who has been coming along to our new Sound Bath Studio since we opened a few weeks ago! It has been so wonderful to meet so many of you.

Come along to a relaxing Sunday Evening Sound Bath tomorrow night at 7pm-8pm. We are based in the centre of Leek. Sessions are £15 with easy online booking.

Sound bath at sunset on a Sunday night? Uhhhh yep!

I cannot tell you how much joy sound therapy brings me. I am so so glad I took the leap and got my premises to open my studio. It is just the most lovely and calm space.

I am so much healthier and happier since committing to regular meditation and sound baths ❤️

Had the most lovely evening doing a soundbath down at my studio. We love this space so so much.

I think what I love most about soundbaths and sound healing as a trauma-informed psychologist, and as someone who is totally anti-pathology, is that people come to me for soundbaths to process something, make a decision, figure something out or let their mind explore - without ever having to say a single word.

I cannot believe how much progress can be made without even speaking - and this realisation back in 2023, is what truly challenged my understanding of therapy, trauma processing and our approaches to helping people.

I’ve given so many soundbaths whilst I have been training and learning, and the difference they make to people is undeniable. What a beautiful way of exploring ourselves and our thoughts without power dynamics or language. I absolutely love the power of sound.
