✨🌕 Tonight’s Sound Bath 🌑✨

This evening I will be guiding a sound bath under the rare energy of a Blood Moon Lunar Eclipse.

Amazingly, at the exact moments of the eclipse, we will be holding the sound bath, so I am so excited for you all (and for me!)

Eclipses are powerful cosmic events, they invite us to release, transform, and begin anew. The blood moon, glowing red in the night sky, symbolises both the shadow and the light: a reminder that endings and beginnings exist together.

As the bowls sing tonight, we will move through that same cycle, letting go of what no longer serves us, and creating space for renewal, clarity, and peace.

Whether you join me in person or simply pause to look up at the sky this evening, know that this is a beautiful moment for reflection, release, and setting new intentions.

Come along this Sunday evening for a relaxing immersive sound bath for just £15.

- Guided visualisation
- Full immersive sound bath with quartz bowls, drums, and gongs

Soundbaths are held 7pm on Sundays and 10am on Mondays.

P.S. Arrive 15 minutes early so we can get you settled with your essential oils and beds.

Such a special sound bath last night with so many new faces! One woman collected these beautiful flowers for me from her garden and so they rested on my table whilst I took everyone through a guided visualisation and relaxing sound bath.
