It’s Supposed to be a stormy snowy evening….. if you have classes tomorrow please keep an eye out to see if classes are still running, and over the weekend as it may continue (oh I hope not!). Obviously we would LOVE to see you if we are running but prefer everyone to stay safe. If we cancel classes will be credited. X

Are you wondering what Reformer Pilates is all about? If there is interest, we can put on classes, Saturday and Friday (next week) - this is a complete beginner class enabling anyone who wants to try, to learn the basics ensuring safety on the reformer.
