Thank you to everyone who came yesterday! It was such a lovely afternoon. And a huge thank you to Laura’s mum who made the most incredible cakes!

So - meet the team!
Laura has been helping me with the background Work, and looking for the best way to manage booking systems and how it all works, dealing with all issues when I am unable to. We also hope to see more of Laura soon xx

Michelle has been at the end of every phone conversation in the build up to the Reformer Room - when I have doubted myself and whether to go ahead! Many a laugh aswell along the way. We have been friends since our almost teenagers arrived, and worked together at The Pilates Studio for 8 years. Michelle starts teaching NEXT Saturday officially.

And it’s MICHELLES birthday - so HAPPIEST of birthdays x x

There is currently only 1 early morning class - do we feel going forwards it would

We have a last minute slot today 10.30 available AND we have 2 classes for Saturday 30th at 9.30 & 10.30 in addition with Michelle x

Hey, I have released some new dates. They are all still foundation flow, and will be for the next 2/3 weeks so that we can all learn and be confident and knowledgeable - but with more progressions and adaptions if needed.

We've nearly been open for two weeks at The Reformer Pilates Room and what an amazing two weeks they have been! We're so grateful for everyone's support, it's been overwhelming! To celebrate, we'll be throwing an opening party this Saturday at The Reformer Pilates Room and we would love for you to join us!

What an amazing first week! Thank YOU so much to everyone who has come this week - and hope that you have enjoyed classes! I have absolutely loved each class and look forward to what’s to come!

How beautiful are the flowers my daughters arranged - how dizzy is that Prosecco ! And how cute is our Riley the mischievous choc lab x x
