Hot Kettlebells has officially been at the studio for 1 whole month and wow what a month it’s been.

Helping people have no fear when it comes to lifting weights but we also didn’t want it to be another fluffy gym class.

Hot Kettlebells focuses on building muscle mass, fat loss and metabolic conditioning whilst also focusing on mobility.

It’s been a great addition to the studio and we’ve loved every minute of it!
