👂 What happens on an Enter and View visit?

This is an opportunity to get a first hand look at health and social care services are running in Leicester and Leicestershire.

Our team is trained so they are ready to observe services and ask appropriate questions to patients, carers and staff.

They also collate their findings to write a report for the service provider. The services often find these reports very helpful.

💻 Don't worry if you haven't got a phone or cannot use one to access the NHS app.

The app can be accessed on a computer.

To do so, go to https://www.nhsapp.service.nhs.uk/login.
You will need to log in with your NHS login credentials. Once logged in, you see all the NHS app services which are online.

These include ordering repeat prescriptions and booking appointments.
