I am very proud to be a part of the very first facial, hand and foot reflexology treatment which is specially designed for ladies in the 50 something 🩷

Reflexology is a complementary therapy that can be considered to support your journey through peri-menopause and menopause.

Whilst recognising that everyone is unique and may respond differently, Reflexology is often considered to be a very relaxing experience, which may also help improve mood, release tension, aid sleep, and promote a sense of wellbeing. You may feel some other changes too, which vary from person to person.

Availability is limited, but I have opened my diary to offer this treatment to clients old and new.
