👣 What is Plantar Fasciitis? 👣
Plant Fasciitis is inflammation along the Plantar fascia, a band of tissue connecting your heel bone to the base of your toes, the pain is felt around the heel and along the arch of your foot and is at its most painful first thing in the morning and after periods of rest. Plantar Fasciitis is usually caused by ill fitting footwear with little support, exercising on hard surfaces, overstretching the sole of your foot or a sudden increase in exercise, Plantar Fasciitis can also occur due to weight.
What can you do to help?
Plenty of rest! Allow the Plantar fascia to heel with the help of ice packs, gentle stretches and exercises such as rolling massage balls under the sole of your foot, and shoes designed to support your arches and heels.
