🧐sometimes we can’t separate positive thoughts from negative thoughts. Here’s a tip that I use with my clients . If a thought you have such as ‘I’m not good at this’ cannot be supported by a fact , then simply allow that though to evaporate away. Now think of a positive thought such as ‘i like my hair’ what are the facts? Well, it’s curly, fun and versatile 😁 then these facts support that statement. Your confidence will increase and self doubt will not get the better of you.
