I work online and face to face with adults and young people aged 6+ suffering from anxiety, depression and many other issues helping them to accomplish positive change

in a person centered way to live the life they want, free from limiting thoughts. I use Solution Focused Hypnotherapy techniques combined with neuroscience to enable you in making positive changes without the need to revisit or focus on past experiences, problems and traumas. My goal is to guide you to change those negative hindering patterns that are holding you back into lovely new positive patterns to help you become your best, richest most fulfilled self. I myself have suffered from anxiety and depression for most of my life, i had tried many different therapies but, nothing i tried seemed to reduce those unhelpful negative thoughts for a sustainable period of time. Then I tried solution focused hypnotherapy! A breakthrough! It completely changed my life by changing my way of thinking, it was a whole new type of therapy and best of all I didn't have to re-live past painful memories. Once I let go of fear, I realised that there was no limit. I learned the tools that I now live my life by. Hobbies, Can they can boost our mental health and overall well-being?

Sorry I’ve been so quiet on here recently. Not only have I had a full practice of lovely clients but I’ve also been pursuing a new found hobby as a supporting actor 😬🥰

Here are just some of the reasons I like this hobby so much and how any new hobby can be beneficial:

- it takes me away from the norm and challenges me to do something completely different.

- it helps to build my confidence as every set I go on is different, unknown and therefor ‘uncomfortable’. Taking my self out of my comfort zone helps the unfamiliarity of ‘uncomfortable’ feel more comfortable.

- Doing something to take me away from my routine makes life more interesting and varied and helps me to appreciate the small things we tend to take for granted.

- Learning something new helps me to feel good - it produces new patterns of thought and boosts serotonin levels.

- Allows me to meet some really interesting people and creates opportunities I wouldn’t have came across.

Why not give a new hobby a try to boost your mental health.
